Who We Are
Refuge in Jesus is a 501c3 Christ-centered organization in Jasper, GA, that provides emergency and temporary shelter, food, and resources to homeless men and women. We are the only shelter within 30 miles of Pickens County and can house up to 20 people. We welcome men and women who have fallen on hard times, with the majority being elderly and/or disabled with nowhere else to go.

The mission of Refuge in Jesus is to extend God’s love to the homeless by providing them with life’s basic necessities and to awaken faith, honor, and dignity in those we serve.
